At Traffic Safety Mall, we take pride in delivering our professional-grade safety products from our manufacturing base in Zhejiang, China, to customers worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • For large-scale wholesale orders or customized products, the lead time will be communicated separately via email.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We offer multiple shipping tiers to balance cost and speed:

  • Standard Air Freight (Small Items): 7–15 business days. Ideal for safety vests or small accessories.

  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL/UPS): 5–10 business days. Recommended for urgent, mid-sized orders.

  • Sea Freight (Heavy/Bulk Orders): 25–45 business days. This is the most cost-effective method for rubber speed bumps, cable protectors, and parking curbs.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For extra-large bulk orders, please contact us at support@trafficsafetymall.com for a customized sea freight quote.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Traffic Safety Mall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Destination We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and many other international locations. If you find your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to our team.
